How does Covid-19 affect the conference?
As you can imagine, we are monitoring Covid-19 closely and any potential impact on the conference. Our hearts go out to those who are ill and have lost loved ones and we pray that it will soon be brought under control.
Is it secure to run the conference online?
Absolutely. Our event platform has been designed with security in mind and so massively minimises online risk.
I can't make it on all the conference days, can I book for one day only?
Yes you can. Although with the conference being run entirely online you don't need to watch every session or day live. It is all being recorded for you to watch at your convenience. We recommend buying the best value full day pass and watching the sessions you miss at a time that suits you.
Are recordings available? / I can't make everything live, what should I do?

What setup will I need to watch the conference?
A modern Mac, PC or Chromebook updated, running well with plenty of memory. If you are using a laptop, make sure you have it plugged into the mains.
Zoom installed on your computer, updated to the latest version.
A fully updated web browser - we recommend Chrome to access the site.
A pair of Headphones with microphone connected to your computer.
A Web Cam connected to your computer.
A LAN cable connection to the internet (wifi is good, but not as reliable as a direct cable!)
I’ve forgotten my password - what do I do?
No Problem, click "Passholder Log in" from the top menu and select the ‘Forgot Password?’ link then enter the email address you registered with, and we will send you a link to that address to reset your password.
How do I watch/take part in the conference sessions?
To begin, you'll first need to login to your account.
If your name is already displayed in the top menu you are logged in.
If it says "Passholder Log in" you need to log in. To log in, click "Passholder Log in" and then enter your registered email address and password. (If you don't remember your password see the 'I've forgotten my password' FAQ.)
On the event day go to the Live event page and click the 'Watch Now' button in the top right corner of any session at the correct session time.
